Edge-Lit 5, Saturday 16th July

I’ll be appearing at Edge-Lit 5 on Saturday 16th July, taking part in a couple of exciting panels. First up, at 3pm, will be “The Others: What is the Continuing Draw of the Supernatural in Fiction?” Following that, at 4pm, will be, “The Truth About Writing: What’s It Really Like To Be a Professional Writer?”

Both events take place at Derby QUAD (Derby DE1 3AS), along with loads more panels, workshops and talks. Tickets are available from Derby QUAD’s site. It would be a pleasure to see you there.

Edge-Lit is the UK’s fastest-growing genre literature event returns for its fifth year!

Following on from a huge event in 2015, Edge-Lit is back once again with an exciting mix of all things science-fiction, fantasy and horror. Come on down for a heady concoction of panels, readings, workshops, book launches and plenty more besides, including the incredible Edge-Lit Raffle and the indecipherable Edge-Lit Quiz.

Whether you’re new to the scene or an old hand, a writer or a reader, expect a warm welcome from one of the friendliest event on the genre calendar.
